World Record For Balancing A Soccer Ball on A Foot

  1. A regulation size soccer ball must be balanced on the foot as long as possible.
  2. "Balancing" does not mean "juggling": The ball should not be moved.
  3. The foot must not touch the ground
  4. It is not allowed to 'hold' the ball tight between the foot and shin.
  5. It is allowed to wear shows. However, they must not be modified for assisting the balance.
